I love my job!  I am privileged to work with amazing clients and feel I make a difference every day in the lives of business professionals and executives.
I am a Human Capital consultant who leverages a deep HR knowledge base to inspire clients to career success. In addition to coaching, my expertise includes assessments, curriculum design, facilitation and leadership development. Pursuing a PhD in Organizational Development will fulfill a life-long goal and I am anticipating completion in 2018.

COACH: I help clients discover the unique qualities that differentiate them from the crowd--their unique selling points or sprinkles as I like to call them! By identifying career visions and values, I help clients exceed their professional goals. As a dynamic facilitator and influential trainer, I am skilled at needs assessment, audience analysis, development of learning materials, and enthusiastic delivery!

CONNECTOR: I am always interested in developing relationships with recruiters and connecting people to jobs. I leverage my MBA, HR experience, and MBTI, Birkman & Strong training to insightfully match the right candidate with the right job at the right time in their career. A highly regarded hunter, I excel at generating leads and identifying opportunities for clients both in transition and ready for a change.

Questions & Answers

What is the topic of my dissertation?

I'm looking at resilience in mid-career professionals who have been impacted by corporate restructuring. Using the PsyCap Assessment to identify those who were more resilient as well as reflective interviews, I hope to identify themes that will be useful to help others faced with similar career disruptions.

Why did I decide to pursue a PhD?
I've wanted a PhD since I was fifteen years old. This is the fourth time in my life that I have considered it and the first time that I have not let anything get in my way.
What do I love about my job?
I always thought it was important to do something that matters. Every day at Right Management, I feel like I make a difference in someone's life.
